At Modern Therapy Counseling, I offer evidence-based counseling and coaching services. I am highly trained with almost 10 years of experience and specialize in a range of areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. I believe in creating a safe and accepting environment for my clients to explore their concerns and develop effective solutions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I mainly use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. CBT is an evidence-based therapy that has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.
Psychotherapy
I also offer psychotherapy services to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. I use a variety of approaches to tailor therapy to the unique needs and goals of each client.
