FAQS

What should I expect if I am not familiar with the therapy process?

This is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client. It is designed to help the client identify and address any issues that are causing difficulty in their life. Through our sessions, we will work together to identify and understand any underlying issues, develop strategies for coping, and create a plan for moving forward.

Do you take insurance?

I am not contracted directly with any insurance companies. This does not mean you cannot work with insurance. I do offer a super bill that I will provide after each session. This special receipt that is provided to the client that they can submit to their insurance to get reimbursement. Contact your insurance company and ask them if they work with out of network therapists and how much the reimburse for a session with a super bill.

Why do you only see clients virtually?

This information is useful for me understanding my clients and will be used throughout our future sessions
